ROMSOFT olarak, "Suç Mu?" (veya "Is It A Crime?") mobil uygulamamızı kullanan kullanıcılarımızın gizliliğine son derece önem veriyoruz. Bu gizlilik politikası, uygulamamızın veri toplama, işleme ve güvenlik süreçleri hakkında sizi bilgilendirmek ve Google Play Store gereksinimlerini karşılamak amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.
Uygulamamız, kullanıcılara herhangi bir ekstra sorumluluk yüklemeyecek şekilde, minimum veri etkileşimi prensibine göre tasarlanmıştır.
1. Toplanan ve İşlenen Veriler
Uygulamamız **hiçbir şekilde kişisel veri toplamaz, saklamaz veya işlemez**. Bu doğrultuda:
- Ad, soyad, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası gibi kişisel kimlik bilgileriniz istenmez.
- Uygulamayı kullanmak için herhangi bir üyelik veya hesap oluşturma zorunluluğu yoktur.
- Cihazınızın benzersiz kimlik bilgileri (IMEI, Reklam Kimliği vb.) veya hassas konum verileri kesinlikle takip edilmez ve toplanmaz.
2. Kullanıcı Sorguları ve Yapay Zeka (AI) İşlemleri
Uygulama içinde yazdığınız durum ve olay metinleri (sorgular), analizin yapılması amacıyla doğrudan ve güvenli bir şekilde üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcımız olan **Google Generative Language API (Gemini)** sistemine iletilir.
Bu iletim sırasında sorgularınız hiçbir şekilde kişisel kimliğinizle ilişkilendirilmez ve sunucularımızda kaydedilmez. Yapay zeka servis sağlayıcısının veri işleme politikaları kendi kapsamındadır.
3. Cihaz İzinleri
Uygulamamız çalışmak için yalnızca temel internet erişim iznine (`android.permission.INTERNET`) ihtiyaç duyar. Bunun dışında cihazınızda şu hassas izinler kesinlikle **talep edilmez**:ü
- Kamera ve Mikrofon erişimi
- Rehber ve Arama Kayıtları erişimi
- Galeri veya Harici Depolama erişimi
- Hassas Konum (GPS) verileri
4. Üçüncü Taraf Bağlantıları ve Reklamlar
Uygulama içerisinde kullanıcıyı takip eden üçüncü taraf reklam ağları (AdMob vb.) veya kullanıcı analizi yapan SDK'lar bulunmamaktadır.
5. KVKK (Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu) Uyum Beyanı
Uygulamamız bünyesinde hiçbir kişisel veri toplanmadığı, depolanmadığı ve işlenmediği için 6698 Sayılı KVKK kapsamında işlenecek bir veri bulunmamaktadır. Bu nedenle veri sorumlusu olarak ek bir veri koruma yükümlülüğü veya sorumluluk doğmamaktadır.
6. Yasal Uyarı Limitleri
Uygulama tarafından üretilen analiz sonuçları yalnızca bilgilendirme amaçlıdır ve **kesinlikle yasal tavsiye niteliği taşımaz**. Eylemlerinizin hukuki sonuçları için resmi mercilere veya bir avukata danışmanız önerilir. Oluşabilecek yanlış anlamalardan veya eylemlerden geliştirici sorumlu tutulamaz.

At ROMSOFT, we deeply value the privacy of our users who use the "Is It A Crime?" ("Suç Mu?") mobile application. This Privacy Policy has been prepared to inform you about our data collection, processing, and security practices, and to fulfill Google Play Store compliance guidelines.
Our app is designed with a zero-data-collection principle, ensuring no unnecessary liabilities or obligations for either the users or the developer.

- No user registration or account creation is required to use the application.

2. User Queries and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Processing
The text scenarios and queries you type inside the app are transmitted securely and directly to our third-party service provider, **Google Generative Language API (Gemini)**, solely to perform the legal analysis.
During this transfer, your queries are not linked to any personal identity and are not stored on our servers. The data processing policies of the AI service provider apply to their services.
3. Device Permissions
Our application requires only the basic internet permission (`android.permission.INTERNET`) to connect to the analysis service. The app **does not request** any sensitive permissions on your device, such as:
- Camera or Microphone access
- Contacts or Call logs access
- Gallery or External Storage access
- Precise Location (GPS) data
4. Third-Party Services and Advertisements
There are no tracking SDKs, analytical tools, or third-party advertising networks (e.g. AdMob) integrated within the application that monitor user behavior.
5. GDPR and Data Protection Compliance
Since the application does not collect, store, or process any personal data, no personal data processing occurs under the GDPR or CCPA frameworks. Consequently, there are no data rights requests (such as access or deletion) applicable to this application, as no data is stored in the first place.

All analysis results generated by the application are for informational purposes only and **do not constitute professional legal advice**. For the legal consequences of any action, you must consult a qualified attorney. The developer cannot be held liable for any decisions made based on the app's output.
